Ensure the privacy, security and legal protection, when processing data from natural persons, whether: customers, customers of our customers, future customers, employees, partners or any other Type of Personal Data Holder, considering the existing professional relationship.
Adopt guidelines that ensure compliance with legislation, regulations and good practices for the preservation of the privacy of the Personal Data Subject, through the implementation of information security controls and protection of personal data.
Promote transparency about the way in which The First Consultoria handles personal data.
Adopt risk minimization measures for security incidents involving personal data.
Comply with the Rights of Personal Data Subjects, within an adequate period, considering the technology used with its limitations and The First Consultoria's guarantee of secrecy and business intelligence.

Personal data and information that are under the responsibility of The First Consultoria.
Personal data are under the responsibility of The First Consultoria:
a) Collected by the organization, collected by contracted product or service providers, or collected by partners and shared with The First Consultoria.
b) Handled by The First Consultoria or handled by providers of products or services contracted by the organization.
Controls required for compliance with the General Law on Personal Data Protection (Law 13.709/2018), as well as all national legislation that considers the protection of personal data such as, but not limited to: Federal Constitution, Consumer Protection Code, Civil Code, Internet Civil Framework and sectorial regulations.

Principles of this PERSONAL DATA HOLDER PRIVACY POLICY
All existing or future actions related to the Processing of Personal Data and the Subject of Personal Data must follow the following principles:

Respect for the Subject of Personal Data
The First Consultoria respects the Natural Person Holder of Personal Data and undertakes to carry out all necessary controls, considering the reasonableness of the existing technology, to protect the Personal Data under its responsibility and enable the Privacy of the Personal Data Subject.
Personal Data Processing
a) The First Consultoria treats personal data exclusively for the specific purpose of its professional relationship with the Holder and performs the minimum data collection to fulfill this purpose.
b) The First Consultoria shares personal data with other organizations, public administration or judiciary bodies, exclusively for the operational management of the relationship with the Personal Data Subject and exclusively passes on the minimum data necessary for this activity.
c) All processing carried out on personal data can be made known to the Personal Data Subject, if he wishes to know. Respecting the secret and business intelligence of The First Consultoria.
d) If it is necessary to transfer data to other countries to perform services or other treatments, always limited to the existing purpose, it will only be carried out with countries that have personal data protection legislation and with organizations that have management for the protection of personal data .
e) All processing of personal data carried out by The First Consultoria is supported by at least one Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data, defined in the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data.
f) The First Consultoria has defined the responsibilities of its collaborating professionals in relation to the processing of personal data and conducts ongoing training on personal data protection.
g) The First Consultoria implements new procedures and continuous technological improvements to protect all personal data processed under its responsibility.
